Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et toujours à notre écoute. Ils ont fait tout leur possible pour répondre à nos demandes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était également très bon, avec de nombreux restaurants et autres commodités à proximité. De plus, les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues. Nous avons également profité des installations de l'hôtel, qui étaient de grande qualité. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ici.

Very good localization, close to the ship stop. You can easily take the ship for one day trip visit to the islands aand other nice italian towns. Hotel is clean and pleasent to stay. It's really charming localization.

The hotel is located right on the beach of beautiful Lake Maggiore, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the nice view. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is included, making it a great value for money.

Loved this hotel which has real old fashioned romance and service to go with it. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom alone was bigger than some hotel rooms. The views and location are awesome. Costs a bit more than a basic hotel but still terrific value for money.

The restaurant is very good. The location is fantastic. The rooms are very large.

The breakfast could be improved. The decoration of the restaurant/reception/bar needs to be refreshed.

We had a wonderful stay in this city thanks to the hotel's perfect location on the Palanza waterfront. Our room had a stunning view of the lake and the Borromean Islands. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.

We stayed near the ferry that goes to the other islands. the hotel was located right on the coast, surrounded by restaurants and had a stunning view of the sunrise. the spacious room and cleanliness were great, but breakfast could improve. the hotel staff was helpful, and the on-street parking was convenient.

The hotel could be modernized to match the surrounding restaurants and coastline.

The hotel was ok for our needs - a plcae to sleep a couple of nights. The breakfast was also good.

We missed a roof-fan or air-condition. The hair-dryer was of no use.

No swimming pool, that would have been really nice. And no shower curtain on the bath shower! Made it very dangerous for when getting out
